Our annual premium and benefit adjustment will take effect from 1 July 2026. This adjustment accounts for the rising costs of providing legal expenses insurance benefits.
Over the past year, we've continued to invest in our service to our Members.
We held 125 763* consultations with a 95%* case resolution rate.
We have opened 70 332* new legal matters, referred 8 002* matters to our Network and paid out over R94.5 million* in claims.
We revamped and relocated our Branches in Johannesburg, Mthatha, Mbombela and Vereeniging.
We've held over 195 000* conversations through our digital channels, with 3 133 Members using our self-service options.
Benefits utilised by Members:
- Over 1200* tax matters opened for our Members.
- Over 9700* matters were opened, assisting Members with advice on Will drafting.
- R201 895* in claims paid to Legacy Accumulator benefit beneficiaries.
