LegalWise has temporarily stopped Membership payments made via Pay A Bill at the South African Post Office (SAPO). The decision was taken as a result of a technical issue experienced by SAPO in the processing of payments.

LegalWise offers it Members other convenient ways to pay their Membership premiums –

  • Stop Order
  • Debit Order
  • ATM/ Debit Card payments at LegalWise Branches
  • EasyPay outlets (Shoprite, Checkers, Pick n Pay or Pep stores)
  • EFT or direct deposit at a Nedbank Branch

Members are encouraged to switch to the convenience of a debit order or a salary deduction via stop order by contacting the Member Administration department on 0861 555564 or memberadmin@legalwise.co.za.

LegalWise would like to assure its Members that they will not be adversely affected should they have already paid their Membership premium. Members who have paid their Membership premiums at SAPO in August and September and notice an issue with their Membership balance are requested to call 0861 555564 or e-mail memberadmin@legalwise.co.za  and provide the proof of payment and their Membership will be updated accordingly.
