At the end of March 2020 LegalWise launched a new direct messaging platform allowing Members and Non Members to engage with LegalWise through Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Twitter Messages, Google Q & A, Google Reviews, and WebChat on both the LegalWise website and App. The eco-system, built through our partnership with hi.guru, a conversational business platform, consolidates all direct messaging conversations onto a single platform, providing the opportunity for improved Member experiences through real-time conversations online.

The eco-system has handled in excess of 35 000 unique conversations since its launch.
