Nozuko is an independent consultant specialising in youth skills development initiatives, including tech management solutions, corporate social investment, bursary/scholarship/graduate programme strategy & implementation and socio-economic development specialized projects. Her vast professional experience includes tenure in both the corporate as well as the not for profit sector where she developed and formed strategic relationships, partnerships and networks. As a social entrepreneur, she is passionate about youth development, and as such, was selected by the U.S. Department of State as a fellow on their Economic Empowerment Fellows Programme in 2014. Nozuko is the founder and director of UKIYO Group, an edu-tech social impact solutions company as well as the founder of Educubed Foundation, an NPC that aims to support learners and students with social and life skills as well as career development. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Pretoria, is a former Mrs South Africa runner-up and an alumnus of the Gordon Institute of Business Science’s Social Entrepreneurship Certificate Program.
