Dear LegalWise,

My claim was rejected by my motor insurance. I then appealed to the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman found the claim in my favour and instructed the insurance company to pay out the claim. 

Even after the instruction from the Ombudsman, I struggled with the insurance as they kept requesting all sorts of proofs of payments which I provided. 

I had to request LegalWise to assist with the matter and my claim was paid. Thank you so much LegalWise. Keep up on assisting us.
