Good day,

I would like to express my appreciation to you Mr Booysen and your Legal Counsellor, Ms Liana Dennis, for the assistance rendered in reaffirming the original agreement between myself and the Optometrists that I thought was in place, but apparently was not.

Whilst I made regular payments, a letter of demand was sent to me. The Optometrists did not submit a claim to my Medical Aid, in fact, they insisted on an upfront payment which I made for the medical aid portion of the claim.

The additional add ons such as anti- glare film, etc. are for the client account and not covered by the Medical Aid. It was these tactics and incorrect statement of fact that prompted me to seek your assistance.

It is my intention to highlight the matter to my Medical Aid for future reference. Ever since I have been a LegalWise Member and whenever I need your assistance I have received favourable outcomes. I commend you for the efficient and effective service.

I can only say I was very, I mean very, impressed with your Legal Counsellor. She was an absolute professional.

She explained to me the new method of operation, ie. you would be working from home; - Screened me for health; - Got my Membership info; - Explained to me when the next (in-person) consultation could happen and offered to book that; - When she noticed I was hesitant, she immediately offered me the telephone consultation option; and - Very importantly, sanitised the area where I would be consulting. We even had a       brief exchange regarding the passing of our grandparents. Very humane and pleasant.
