We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Municipal Services Team, designed to provide our valued Members with expert assistance in handling various issues with their local governments.
With a team of specialised Municipal Service Consultants at your disposal, we aim to make navigating municipal disputes a stress-free experience. We provide comprehensive coverage for a range of issues, from statement interpretation to billing disputes, subsidy-related matters, and reconnections. One of the key areas where we offer assistance is the interpretation of municipal statements. We understand that deciphering complex statements can be daunting, especially when it comes to water, electricity, and other municipal billing. Our consultants possess the knowledge and expertise to decode these statements, ensuring that our Members have a clear understanding of their charges and obligations. In addition, we are here to support our Members in lodging queries relating to disputes about water usage, billing discrepancies, and other issues. We recognize the frustration that can arise from discrepancies in municipal accounts, particularly when the amounts are in dispute. Our consultants will diligently work with you to resolve these discrepancies and advocate for your rights.
We understand the importance of uninterrupted access to essential services such as water and electricity. In cases where there are disputes relating to reconnections or disconnections, our consultants will be there to support you. Since the launch of our Municipal Services Department on 4 July 2023, we have dealt with cases relating to water usage and billing disputes, as well as outstanding municipal accounts with disputed amounts. Our team has been diligently working to address each case, striving for favourable outcomes for our Members.
