LegalWise has introduced a new clause to Section 9 of their Membership Agreement. This update allows LegalWise to pursue a more practical resolution where the traditional legal process may be slow or costly. 

Under this clause, LegalWise will assess the merits of the matter at an early stage and seek a fair and efficient outcome, potentially avoiding lengthy proceedings. The aim is to reduce legal costs, save time, and minimise stress for Members, while still achieving fair outcomes. This process is applied at LegalWise’s discretion and cannot be requested by Members.
