We’ve implemented a range of measures and protocols to keep you, our Champions and our Branches COVID-19 free. These include –

• Ensuring that our Branches are rigorously cleaned;
• Making hand sanitisers available;
• Limiting the number of individuals who will be permitted to enter the Branch and ensuring that there is enough ventilation;
• Ensuring that our Champions have the necessary Personal Protection Equipment (PPE);
• Ensuring that our Champions are screened daily; and
• Ensuring that our Champions understand the cleaning and hygiene protocols.

Please take note of the following procedures on entering a LegalWise Branch -

• Before entering, you will be required to undergo a temperature screening;
• You will be required to wear a face mask that covers you nose and mouth at all times whilst inside our Branches and use the alcohol-based hand sanitiser on both your entry and departure;
• Observe a distance of 1.5m between yourself and others while in the Branch.

If you have a scheduled appointment and have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to somebody who has tested positive we would request that you reschedule your appointment.
