LegalWise has introduced a new clause to Section 9 of their Membership Agreement. This update allows LegalWise to pursue a more practical resolution where the traditional legal process may be slow or costly. Under this clause, LegalWise will assess the merits of the matter at an early stage and seek a fair and efficient outcome, potentially avoiding lengthy proceedings. The aim is to reduce legal costs, save time, and minimise stress for Members, while still achieving fair outcomes.

Effective from 1 July 2026, LegalWise will be adjusting its insurance cover benefits and premiums. This adjustment accounts for the rising costs of providing legal expenses insurance benefits. While LegalWise recognises that any increase matters, the company has worked hard to keep the adjustment as low as possible.
